TM image of Volcan Yucumane showing its well-preserved summit crater (SC). Ash-covered post-glacial lava flows (L) occur on all flanks. The older Cerro Calientes (CC) is more degraded and shows no sign of recent activity. Roads (R) are found to the east and west of Yucumane. Large white cloud south of crater is meteorological.
