Jamie Dronen was a graduate student in Space Studies at the University of North Dakota focusing on space policy. His expected date of graduation was May 1998. He has a B.S in Computer Science and minors in Math and Space Studies. He also studied at Moscow State University in Russia for one semester.
Jamie worked for the Department of Space Studies monitoring the development of their virtual campus and VolcanoWorld websites. He was the treasurer of the Dakota Space Society and enjoys learning about the Russian language and culture in his spare time.
