Iliboleng erupted from May 1983 to April 1984. Ililabalekan has active fumaroles, but no historic eruption.

Lewotolo is an active stratovolcano with eight explosive eruptions from its central vent since 1660. Most of the eruptions are moderate in size (VEI=2) with the exception of the 1660 eruption which was moderate to large (> VEI=3). An eruption from the K2 crater in 1852 lasted less than one day but caused damage.
