Liamuiga, a stratovolcano on the island of St. Kitts, has had four Holocene eruptions and two unconfirmed historic eruptions. The dates for the prehistoric eruptions range from 2320BC to 150 AD. Three of these eruptions were Plinian in style. The unconfirmed historic eruptions were in 1692 and 1843. Pyroclastic flows are common during Liamuiga's eruptions.
